Intercraft added a rear extension to this recent new build property to provide much-needed additional space for the customer. We worked closely with the customer, holding detailed discussions to determine their requirements and ensure that we could bring their vision for the property to life. As there was a need to increase the amount of natural light that could enter the property, it was decided that an orangery was the most suitable form of extension for this purpose. Because there was a significant discrepancy between the height of the property and that of the rear garden, the team carried out landscaping work so that the finished extension was easy and enjoyable to use and live with. By levelling the garden and designing a set of bespoke garden steps, we were able to spare the owner this inconvenience and achieve a high-quality result.
