We carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of this East Grinstead property on behalf of our Managing Director, Alex Intercraft. At the start of this project, the entire property was run down and in need of modernisation in order to meet the family’s needs. Luckily, as Alex has been involved with countless home improvement projects, he was able to clearly outline his requirements and manage the project successfully. By carefully allocating the necessary workload, we were able to make efficient and consistent progress, despite the need for multiple different tradespeople at any one time. The extensive home refurbishment covered almost every aspect of the property but, due to the experience of the Intercraft team, was completed within four months. Even better, this impressive turnaround was achieved without compromising the quality of the finished result, and with minimal disruption to Alex and his family.

What work was carried out?
- Full loft conversion.
- Full internal refurbishment, including new skirting boards, doors, flooring, windows, and front door.
- Installed a new heating system, as well as water-based underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
- Installed a new kitchen and bathroom.
- Reconfigured the layout of the ground floor.
- Fully replastered the interior of the property.
- Built a new conservatory.
- Fitted a new garage door.
- Landscaped the rear of the property, levelling the garden, installing new fencing, and fitting an artificial grass lawn.
