This impressive property required an upgrade in order to suit the customer’s modern taste and requirements. At the start of the project, we held detailed discussions with the customer to map out the desired specifications and to make sure that we could fulfil all their requirements. With the scope of the project clearly determined, our team carefully allocated the necessary workload to ensure that we could make consistent progress on the internal and external refurbishments simultaneously. Due to the wide range of different jobs required within the project, it was essential to organise our schedules effectively, avoiding clashes and ensuring that the different tradespeople could carry out their work without delays or complications.

What work was carried out?
- Full external refurbishment of the property’s wooden cladding, decked balconies, windows and doors.
- Full internal refurbishment throughout all three floors of the property.
- Installed underfloor heating and new flooring.
- Installed a new kitchen and three new bathrooms.
- Fitted a new staircase.
- Decorated the interior of the property.
